Introduction

301 Stainless Steel Strip (also SS 301 Strip, AISI 301 Stainless Steel Strip, SUS 301 Strip, 301 Spring Steel Strip, Cold Rolled 301 Strip, Precision Stainless Steel Strip, Full Hard 301 Strip) is a high‑strength austenitic stainless steel that hardens rapidly during cold working. It conforms to ASTM A666, ASTM A240 Type 301, SUS 301 (JIS G4305), and EN 1.4310 (DIN 1.4310). This stainless steel strip is available in a range of tempers: Annealed, Quarter Hard, Half Hard, Full Hard, and Extra Hard, achieved by precision cold rolling to control mechanical properties.
