Working principle

1. Core processes and system collaboration

Feeding and positioning: Fruits are fed into the equipment through a screw conveyor or vibration feeding system, and the positioning system ensures precise fixation of the fruits, providing a foundation for subsequent operations.

Peeling and Core Removal: For peeled fruits such as apples and peaches, a high-speed rotating peeler moves along the surface of the fruit to remove the skin; The de nucleating tool then cuts into the position of the fruit nucleus and separates the nucleus from the flesh through the principle of pressure.

Kernel separation and discharge: The pulp enters the discharge port through a sieve or spiral separation plate, and the kernels are collected or discharged separately. Some models use anti crushing devices to reduce pulp loss.

2. Application of Physical Principles

Pressure and Friction: The tool design utilizes the principle of pressure to improve cutting efficiency, while friction assists in separating the skin/core from the flesh.

Rotation and reciprocating motion: The peeling knife adopts rotary cutting, while the removing knife may combine reciprocating motion to adapt to different kernel shapes and ensure complete separation.

3. Special model design

Core hard fruit processing: By using a toothed disc roller and a rubber roller to press against each other, the flesh is pressed into the gaps between the teeth, and the core is squeezed out by an elastic rubber roller.

Soft core fruit processing: Use a rotor separation plate to rotate and separate fruit cores, and adjust the sieve aperture to adapt to different core sizes.
