Operation Guide for Cabinet Dryer


1. Preprocessing & Loading

  - Slice uniformly (≤5mm thick), blanch/sun-dry high-moisture ingredients  

  - Marinate meats in advance, soak fruits/veggies in lemon juice  

  - Single-layer placement (≥1cm spacing), load ≤80% tray area  

 

2. Drying Program

  - Seal door → Select preset program → Activate dehumidification fan  

  - When stacking trays, extend drying time by 25%  

 

3. Safety Rules

  - Prohibited: Alcohol-containing foods, meats >15% fat, sealed containers  

  - No flammables (paper/plastic) within 30cm of the device  

  - Check ingredients every 2 hours; stop immediately if scorching  

 

4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  - Clean trays + interior daily; clear exhaust filter after each use  

  - Unplug power and leave door ajar for long-term storage  

  - Fault handling:  

Incomplete drying → Reduce load/extend time/check clogged vents  

Overheat alarm → Cut power → Clean filter + heat dissipation holes  

Odors → Run empty at 70℃ for 1 hour to sterilize
