Material grade and implementation standards
1. Pure nickel plate
Nickel 200 (N6, Ni ≥ 99.6%, conventional pure nickel), Nickel 201 (N4, Ni ≥ 99.9%, low-carbon type, better resistance to intergranular corrosion);
Corresponding standards: ASTM B127, ASTM B162/ASME SB162; National standards GB/T 2054 and GB/T 2882;
Core advantages: Resistant to concentrated alkali, highly reducing medium, and non brittle at low temperatures.
2. Nickel based alloy plate
Monel 400 (nickel copper alloy): resistant to seawater and hydrofluoric acid; ASTM B164;
Inconel 600/625, Incoloy 825: resistant to high temperature oxidation, hydrochloric acid/sulfuric acid, and phosphoric acid corrosion;
Hastelloy C-276: versatile corrosion resistance, resistant to stress corrosion cracking caused by strong oxidizing acids and chlorides;
Suitable for composite corrosion environments that are more demanding than pure nickel.
Specification, form and supply status
Thickness: ultra-thin strip 0.05mm, thin plate 0.1-3mm, medium thick plate 3-50mm; width 200-1500mm, length 500-3000mm, can be cut to length/strip/circle;
Surface: Hot rolled black skin (low cost), cold rolled acid pickling, bright annealing, frosted, mirror finish;
Status: Soft state (M, fully annealed, good plasticity, easy to weld and bend), Semi hard state (Y2, cold work strengthening), Hard state (Y, high strength);
Packaging: moisture-proof paper+steel strap bundling, or product vacuum sealed, with wooden box/pallet.
