A batch of 45# steel stud bolt has successfully passed joint inspection with the customer prior to shipment. Manufactured to customer drawings, the products include M20-6g × 100mm and M20-6g × 140mm specifications, Made of 45# steel (AISI 1045), these fasteners deliver excellent strength and machinability for heavy-duty industrial fastening applications.

On-site inspection included precise diameter and thread inspection. The thread grade is verified as M20-6g, with complete thread profile and qualified surface finish.

The lengths are strictly produced per the customer’s drawing requirements, accurately controlled at 100mm and 140mm respectively, which are customized dimensions rather than standard sizes.Professional length inspection was carried out to ensure full compliance with assembly and installation needs.

Hardness tests were conducted on samples of both specifications.

For M20×100mm 45# steel stud bolts, hardness ranges from 220.8 to 223.3 HV (average 222.0 HV).

For M20×140mm ones, hardness ranges from 226.5 to 237.8 HV (average 232.5 HV).

All results meet the requirements for high-strength applications.

Material composition was fully verified to conform to the 45# steel standard, ensuring stable mechanical properties. The inspection was conducted with professional equipment including hardness tester, thread gauge and caliper, with the customer’s representative witnessing the whole process. Complete test reports and dimension records are provided with the shipment.
