Introduction

Titanium Grade 12 (UNS R53400) is a corrosion resistant titanium alloy and industrial titanium alloy offering superior seawater resistant titanium alloy and chloride resistant titanium alloy properties. It contains 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel, providing higher strength than commercially pure titanium while maintaining excellent weldable titanium alloy characteristics and heat resistant titanium alloy performance.

Compared to Grade 2 or Grade 7, Grade 12 Titanium Alloy delivers improved high strength titanium alloy with enhanced crevice corrosion resistance in reducing acids and hot chloride environments. It is a durable industrial titanium alloy with fatigue resistant titanium alloy properties, reducing acid resistant titanium capability, and high performance titanium material behavior across a wide temperature range.
