Introduction

1060 Aluminum Plate (also 1060 Aluminum Sheet, 1060 Pure Aluminum Plate, Commercial Pure Aluminum Plate, Hot/Cold Rolled, Aluminum Circle Sheet 1060, or Industrial Aluminum Plate) is a commercially pure grade with 99.6% minimum aluminum content. It conforms to ASTM B209 and EN AW-1060 (AA1060), available in tempers H14 and H24 (half hard) as well as annealed O temper.

This high purity aluminum material offers excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity (approximately 62 percent of the International Annealed Copper Standard), high thermal conductivity (approximately 235 watts per meter kelvin), excellent formability, highly reflective surface (after polishing or anodizing), and good weldability. It is lightweight, easy to fabricate, and durable for industrial use.

Note: 1060 is a soft, non‑heat‑treatable alloy – ideal for shaping and finishing, not for heavy structural loads.
