Introduction

1J36 Soft Magnetic Alloy is an iron‑nickel based soft magnetic alloy known for its high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, and stable magnetic properties. 1J36 round bar, sheet, strip, wire, and forging are widely used in precision instruments, magnetic shielding, transformer cores, relays, and aerospace components. This alloy offers excellent magnetic performance in weak magnetic fields, with saturation induction and low remanence. Available in annealed, bright, pickled, or ground surface per GB/T 14986.1 or ASTM A753 (Type 1). 1J36 soft magnetic alloy is the preferred choice for electromagnetic devices requiring consistent magnetic behavior.
