Main Production Methods

1. Press-Welded Steel Grating

Bearing bars and cross bars are permanently joined by high-pressure resistance welding. This method ensures strong bonding, uniform structure, and high load-bearing capacity. It is the most widely used type for industrial applications.

2. Press-Locked Steel Grating

Cross bars are inserted into pre-slotted bearing bars and mechanically locked under high pressure. This process produces a smooth surface, accurate spacing, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance, making it suitable for architectural and commercial use.

3. Swage-Locked Steel Grating

Cross bars are inserted into bearing bars and locked by swaging (deforming the metal under pressure). This method provides a clean appearance and is commonly used for aluminum or light-duty applications.

4. Riveted Steel Grating

Bearing bars and cross bars are connected using rivets. This type offers excellent impact resistance and durability, making it ideal for heavy-duty environments such as bridges and high-load platforms.
