Production Methods

1.Machine pressure welding:uses a high-voltage resistance pressure welding machine to pressure-weld the crossbars into flat steel through powerful welding power and hydraulic pressure. The steel grating produced by this method has strong welding joints, high stability and high strength.

2.Manual production:made by first drilling holes in the flat steel, and then placing the crossbars in the holes and spot welding. The steel gratings produced by this method may not be as good as machine pressure welding in terms of welding firmness and strength, but the appearance It might be more beautiful.
