Introduction

NiCr20Ti superalloy (Nimonic 75 equivalent / UNS N06075) is a nickel‑chromium alloy with excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature strength up to 1000°C. NiCr20Ti round barsheetplatestripseamless tubewirewelding wire, and forging are widely used in gas turbine blades, jet engine combustion chamber parts, heat exchangers, furnace components, and high temperature fasteners. This austenitic alloy offers good creep resistance, thermal stability, and good weldability. Available per ASTM B637AMS 5595, or GB/T 14992 for aerospace and industrial heat treating applications.

Advantages

Applications

(1)Gas turbine components – NiCr20Ti round bar and forging are used for turbine blades, guide vanes, and combustion chamber parts in aero and land‑based turbines.

(2)Heat exchangers and furnace parts – NiCr20Ti seamless tube and plate serve in radiant tubes, heat treating fixtures, retorts, and furnace baffles operating up to 1000°C.

(3)High temperature fasteners – NiCr20Ti bolt, nut, and screw provide secure clamping in exhaust systems, turbine casings, and afterburner assemblies.

(4)Automotive engineering – NiCr20Ti rod and wire are specified for exhaust valves and turbocharger components requiring oxidation resistance and thermal stability.

(5)Nuclear and chemical processing – NiCr20Ti welding wire and sheet are applied in reactor internals, heat exchanger tubes, and high‑temperature pump shafts.
