Introduction
GH4090 (NIMONIC90) is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy, originally developed as the British brand Nimonic90. This precipitation hardening superalloy offers high tensile strength, excellent creep resistance, good oxidation resistance, and strong reverse fatigue strength. GH4090 round bar, sheet, strip, wire, forging, and seamless tube are widely used in turbine discs, turbine blades, high-temperature turbines, sealing rings, and fasteners for aerospace engines. GH4090 alloy spring wire is a cold-processed high-strength product specifically used for manufacturing springs in aviation components. As a Chinese superalloy (GB/T standard), GH4090 is a reliable alternative to Waspaloy for demanding high-temperature applications.
