Introduction
GH3044 Superalloy is a solid-solution strengthened nickel-based alloy with a Ni-Cr based composition, designed for high-temperature applications up to 1000°C. It offers excellent oxidation resistance, good thermal stability, and high creep resistance, making it ideal for long-term service in demanding environments. The material also features good weldability and good formability, allowing reliable fabrication of complex components. Typical applications include aircraft engine combustion chambers, afterburner components, gas turbine parts, and high-temperature structural components. Available in sheet, plate, bar, wire, tube, and forgings, GH3044 can be supplied in compliance with GB/T or ASTM standards upon request.
