Introduction

Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with outstanding corrosion resistance in severe environments. It resists pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidizing atmospheres up to high temperatures. The low carbon content prevents carbide precipitation during welding, maintaining excellent corrosion resistance in the as-welded condition.
