Introduction
GH4145 Nickel-Based Alloy (equivalent to Inconel X-750 / UNS N07750) is a precipitation hardening superalloy known for high strength and creep resistance up to 700°C. GH4145 round bar, sheet, strip, spring wire, forging, and seamless tube are widely used for turbine blades, gas turbine parts, fasteners, bolts, rings, and discs. GH4145 spring wire is specially cold drawn for high‑strength springs in aerospace and gas turbine applications. This age‑hardenable alloy offers excellent oxidation and relaxation resistance. Available in cold rolled sheet, hot rolled bar, annealed wire, and precision strip per GB/T, ASTM B637, or AMS 5667.

Advantages
(1)High temperature strength: GH4145 round bar and forging maintain high strength up to 800°C, ideal for turbine blades and gas turbine parts.

(3)Good oxidation and corrosion resistance: GH4145 sheet and seamless tube resist oxidation below 980°C and corrosion in aggressive environments.
(4)Age‑hardenable: As a precipitation hardening superalloy (γ' strengthened), GH4145 superalloy achieves enhanced mechanical properties through heat treatment, equivalent to Inconel X‑750.
(5)Good fabricability: GH4145 cold rolled sheet, hot rolled bar, annealed wire, and strip offer good formability and weldability for complex components.
Applications
(1)Aircraft engine springs – GH4145 spring wire is used for relaxation‑resistant flat springs and coil springs operating below 800°C where high strength is critical.
(2)Turbine components – GH4145 round bar and forging serve in turbine blades, turbine discs, rings, and brush seals for jet engines and industrial gas turbines.
(3)Fasteners and hardware – GH4145 bolts, nuts, and fasteners are widely used in high‑temperature assemblies up to 700°C.
(4)High‑temperature structural parts – GH4145 sheet, plate, and seamless tube are applied in combustion chambers, casings, and pressure vessels requiring oxidation resistance.
(5)Nuclear and petrochemical – GH4145 wire and strip are used in reactor internals, valve components, and spring applications under corrosive and high‑temperature conditions.
