Introductions
Incoloy 800H (UNS N08810 / Alloy 800H) is a high carbon variant of Incoloy 800, offering significantly higher creep rupture strength at temperatures above 700°C. Incoloy 800H seamless tube, pipe, heat exchanger tube, round bar, forging, and plate are widely used in petrochemical furnaces, steam superheaters, reformer tubes, cracking tubes, radiant tubes, and nuclear steam generators. This austenitic nickel‑iron‑chromium alloy provides excellent oxidation and carburization resistance up to 1100°C. Compared to standard Incoloy 800, Alloy 800H delivers superior creep resistance for long‑term high‑temperature service. Available per ASTM B407, B408, B409, or ASTM B163 for heat exchanger tubing.

Advantages

Applications
(1)Petrochemical reformer and cracking tubes – Incoloy 800H seamless pipe and tube are standard materials for ethylene cracking, hydrogen reformer plants, and pigtail transfer lines operating above 700°C.
(2)Steam superheaters and heat exchangers – Incoloy 800H heat exchanger tube and seamless tube (ASTM B163) provide reliable service in superheater coils and high‑temperature heat exchangers.
(3)Furnace components – Incoloy 800H radiant tube, retort, and plate resist carburization and thermal fatigue in heat treating furnaces and annealing equipment.
(4)Nuclear steam generators – Incoloy 800H forging and tube are used in pressurized water reactor steam generators where high creep strength and corrosion resistance are critical.
(5)Power generation – Incoloy 800H round bar and flange serve in gas turbine exhaust systems, boiler supports, and high‑temperature piping.
